Reporting to the deputy director of legal services, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to the management of the company, preparing and perfecting investment instrument, real estate, tenancy and property titles document as well as other legal documents on behalf of the company. He will be responsible for all legal issues relating to the large property portfolio of the company and for negotiating contracts, leases, agreements and other settlement etc
Qualifications, Experience & Attributes
• LLB, BL ( 2nd second class upper)
• Post graduate degree or relevant professional qualifications will be added advantage
• Not less than twelve 12 years cognate experience
• Practical knowledge of litigation and arbitration as well as real estate processes and procedures
• Excellent drafting skills
• Ability to interface with regulatory agencies
• Excellent interpersonal, public relations and communications skills
• Good negotiation skills
