* PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT
1. Head, Technical Procurement Ref: HTPR
Reporting to the Director-Procurement, our let candidate:
•Coordinate the procurement, tendering and contracting processes for all good and strvlcts required by the Engineering and Information Technology functions
•Ensures compliance with defined procurement policies and guideline in all procurement activities
•Provides relevant input In the articulation and implementation of the procurement strategy for Etisalat, Nigeria
•Identifies resources,personnel and funding required to achieve the units’ strategy
•Establishes and ,maintains relationships with key internalnand external stakeholders (including suppliers, vendors and contractors)
•Coordinates vendor listing and delisting for goods and services required by the Engineering and Information Technology functions
•Liaises with relevant unit head to identify and receive procurement/purchase requirements
•Ensures the conduct of ongoing market Surveys identify various sources of supply and obtain competitive prices for all categories of good and services to be purchased
•Provides input in deveIopment of effective procurement tracking systems to ensure prompt processing of procurement requisitions from the Engineering and Informalion technology functions
•Ensures cost efficient processing of the procurement need of user departments in compliance procurement with procurement policies and procedures
•Participates in the evaluation of vendor performance and implementation of remedial actions to ensure vendor performance
•provides leadership and guidance to team members and manages subordinates’ performance towards the achievement of overall team objective
Prepares/ compiles agrred periodie activity and performance reports for the attention of the director, procurement
Our ideal candidate should possess:
•A first degree in relevant discipline
•post-graduate /professional qualification(s) in a related fleld (an added advantage)
Expert knowledge of competitive environment, consumer trends and trade practice in the industry
•Eight (8) to twelve (12) years relevant work experience, with at least three (3)years procurement experience in amanagerial role within the telecommunication industry
2. Manager, Site Building and maintenance Ref: MSBM
Reporting to the Head-Technical procurement
Our ideal candidate:
•Facilitates the procurement, tendering and contracting processes for all goods and services required for site building and maintenance in line with Etisalat Nigeria’s
Procurement policies
•Provides input in the update of procurement
Policies,
•Processes and procedures for contracts and tenders for site building and maintenance in line with global best practices
•Assists in continuous review of procurement
Activities with respect to site building and maintenance, makes recommendations for improvement and implements approved initiatives to ensure enhanced performance of the team
•Establishes and maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers, vendors and contractors)
•Liaises with Engineering function in fulfilling procurement requirements
•Sources and investigates competent suppliers for inclusion in the approved vendor list
•Conducts market search as required in connection with availability and price of goods and services required for site building and maintenance
• Provides leadership and guidance to team manages subordinates’ performance towards achievement of overall team objectives
Monitors controls budgetary need of unit

3. Head, High value Segment Ref: HVS
ReportIng to the Director marketing Segments & strategy, our ideal candidate:
•Ensures maximization of market penetration. growth and profitability through effective implementation of high -value segment strategies
•Liaises with the Brands and Communitation function to defined effective channels for communicating defined /approved initatives aimed at creating awareness in the high-value market
•provides leadership and guidance to team members and manages subordinates’ performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives
•Ensures periodic review and update of Etisalat Nigeria’s high- value segment demographic profiles
•Proposes market research areas aimed at accquiring intelligence on the prefernces and behavioural patterns of the countries high–end market
Proposes newproduct initiatives as well as options for covergence aimed at penetrating the high –value market segment
•Oversees and makets recommendations on the design of a customer lifecycle extension plan for Etisalat Nigeria’s high-value market segment
•Provid input in and makes remnmmdation on the development of viable market penetration and market share acquisition frameworks for Etisalat Nigeria high-value market segment
•Ensures synergy across function areas through effective management of inter- functional relations and activites

4.Head, Churn & Retention, Ref: HCR
Reporting to the Director marketing Segments & strategy, our ideal candidate:
•Leverages appropriate channels customer care, Retail Outlets, churn and retention strategies
•provides leadership and guidance to team members and manages subordinates’ performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives
•Monitors and controls budgetary needs of unit
•Leads team in developing effective customer retention strategies, identifying customer profitability and employing churn modeling techniques to define propensity to churn
•Develops business churn and retention KPLs
•Performs any other duties assigned by director, marketing segments and strategy.

5. Manager, Churn and Retention Ref: MSR
Reporting to the Head churn and Retention Our ideal candidate:
• Organizes customer engagement/ retention programmes to enhance brand loyalty and customer longevity
•Plans and manages human and material resources of unit to optimize performance, sustain morale and enhance productivity
•Builds and maintains a customer cycle view across all segments usage and address customer’s needs at specific touch points
•Evaluates effectiveness of segment-specific promotions to create and sustain opportunities for building lasting relationships with customers
Proactively undertakes customer data mining to ensure effectiveness of CRM strategies and deployment of promotions to sustain brand affinity
•Proactively champions enhancement of decision support systems such as TABs in order to obtain complete, accurate and timely customers’ data
•Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Head, Churn and Retention.
