Main functions of the job

Sales role

* To provide online counselling and advice to students enquiring about Bellerbys and International Study Centre (ISC)
* courses
* To sell Bellerbys and ISC courses to students who contact us directly via email, webforms, LivePerson, fax, phone or walk-ins, into agreed Bellerbys and ISC programmes/centres
* To use the student’s own language where possible and appropriate
* To identify up-selling opportunities and convert into sales

Qualifications:

* A good university or HND degree including personal and professional attributes such as:
* Fluency in English
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer-focused, service-oriented approach to sales
* Sales-driven, motivated, enthusiastic manner
* Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
* Highly IT literate
* Fast, accurate typing skills
* Comfortable in high-pressure sales environment
* Keen to meet and exceed targets

Relevant experience in this field will be a definite advantage.
