Job Profile
• Reports to the Chief Operating Officer or designate.
• The Successful candidate will oversee the warehouse operations in our Lagos office; handle all logistics involving the movement of goods to and from the warehouse, monitor and follow up on production schedule for products and packaging materials in liaison with the Procurement Manager and Coordinator and also ensure compliance with quality controls standards regarding storage and product handling.
• S/He will be responsible for setting up and maintaining an inventory system that will ensure proper record keeping and availability of materials whenever needed.
Qualifications/Experience

• Must have a first degree in any of the social sciences.
• A Master degree or certification in any related field will be an added advantage.

POSITION: SENIOR PROGRAM OFFICER, PHARMACEUTICAL SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Post graduate training in Public Health and/or Management would be on added advantage,
• Experience in pharmaceutical supply management of at least 3 years in a reputable and sizeable institution.
• Good analytical and quantitative skills; attention to details, Computer literate: MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and database,
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Provide procurement and supply chain management leadership
• Coordinate training on forecasting drug needs, procurement, tracking inventory, and monitoring pharmaceuticals locally.
• Provide guidance to ensure that procurement of ARVs and drugs for opportunistic-infections and overall pharmaceutical management procedures follow respective Ministry of Health guidelines for drug management protocols and are compliant with oil regulatory requirements
• Ensure that logistical management systems are adapted to existing National infrastructure
• Collect, synthesize and transmit data and information related to ARVs and other drugs utilization at the facility as an input into forecasting future needs
• Work to develop, strengthen and integrate ARVs procurement and supply system with facility overall pharmaceutical management systems.
• Write monthly reports of activities and status updates of ARV and stocks levels, deliveries, utilization, corrections, emergency activities {loans, orders, exchanges}
• Maintain documentation of all works and decision making processes of IHVN Procurement and Pharmaceutical Management
• Representation and Communication with internal and external partners

• At least 5 years in TB Clinical practice and at least 3 years working experience in a HIV and/or Malaria Programme
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Develop and conduct trainings in TB/HIV programmatic and clinical standards of care.
Develop TB/HIV programmatic and clinical core guidelines, SOPs, Workaids to support provision of quality service.
Monitoring and Evaluation of program indicators, analysis of available data on key components of TB and HIV programmes at all ACTION supported sites.
Planning and management of all TB/HIV activities in line with COP targets and guidelines
Analyze and set targets for site based data on programme targets and quality of care and work with other programme officers in the TB/HIV working group and other thematic areas to mop out strategies to achieve set programme objectives and cover gaps identified
Supportive clinical and programmatic supervision across ACTION supported sites
Representation at IP/NTBLCP/USG and Notional TB/HIV working groups, partner coordination and advocacy at various levels
Budgeting and financing- In collaboration with other members of the Medical Department, prepare budget and supervise the annual, quarterly and monthly activity plan on implementation of TB/HIV collaborative activities
Monthly reports on programme implementation as well as other activities outlined in the work plan and performance framework
